THE ELSKA KITCHEN MENU
Our Menu is organic, locally sourced, healthy & delicious. During the season it is created by chef Francisco Barbosa, updates frequently, with a variety of starters and mains that are perfect for sharing.
The menu for the winter cafe is mostly plant based, with light breakfast and lunch plates and plenty of deserts, vegetarian and vegan.
Here at The Elska Kitchen our inspiration is local, organic, seasonal produce, as are contemporary organic kitchens, classic Portuguese food with some asian touches and techniques. Our no food waste policy brings for some interesting transformations and surprises!
Groups and celebrations are welcome! We can offer a set menu for your group, just talk to us in advance to book a table and choose your menu. Some special tasting menus are in the works as well, more information coming soon!
Chef Barbosa's gorgeous plates include many inventive details and flavours all created in the restaurant, from sauces to fermentations, icecreams to crumbs. Our breads and vegan cakes come from some great local talents that share our passion for healthy, delicious food.
